Most people just sign away their lives anyway. Then go to court when they find out the truth. The judge then looks at them and says, "Ignorance of the law is no excuse."
Wait, so you're saying you DON'T thoroughly read the entire 172 pages of every T&C document or end-user license agreement whenever you visit a new website? That's just lazy!
I used to be worried about stuff like this, but many attorneys have told me that unless there are witnesses/notary to the signature, most agreements are pretty easy for most skilled attorneys to argue around. It's just a hurdle to make lawsuits more annoying to win. That stated, I find this cartoon more humorous than it deserves.
@Daniel Nest is a good guy too! Very funny! He can see all the angles of the cartoon. The real life. Coupled with the irony. He's a smart dude. I look forward to his comics every day.
Okay, the Genie might get a Cease & Desist Letter from Disney ("might"? "Almost Certainly Will", because they'll sue if there's even a remote resemblance!), I'm not sure why the man is holding a magnifying glass like it's a pen, and the text on the contract is all very Ipsum Lorem.
But the point comes through and it's really kind of hilarious, even so! Compliments to the AI on getting it close again....
EDIT: Also the Genie seems to be shedding bits of himself, which would be creepy if it weren't AI generated and that's...kinda normal for it...?
Genie can neither confirm nor deny any resemblance to people or characters, fictional or otherwise.
As for the shedding, the scientific term is molting, and he's simply preparing for spring. Just nature being nature, and it's certainly not anything to lose sleep over or have protracted nightmares about. Good night!

It's a TRAP! The attorneys know it. That's why the words are long and the print is small.
I could NEVER be an attorney or business owner that took advantage of people. NEVER!

I won't take full credit for the daily comics as the whole idea is to let AI take the wheel as much as possible.
The comments and Why Try AI, however, are my own. For better or worse. Mostly for worse, to be fair.
Doesn't make me like you any less.
