I visited my folks this past week, and I turned it on for them to listen/observe. We talked about their home town a bit, and I asked some questions about history and stuff that required a lot of context. There were some goofs, but even my boomer folks were impressed.
I think the voice modality is the best for onboarding non-tech folk. My mom was also impressed. And that was before the real-time Advanced Voice Mode was available.
Agree. Voice is very obvious, whereas when I've tried to share wonder like this in the past, it has fallen flat (exception: image generation, which wows 'em every time).
