The name rings a bell but can't say I know much more than that. I have seen lots of these "Rate Your Experience" machines with smiley faces in lots of places, though.

they're plumbing, no reason you should. 20 year old data nerd sees customer sentiment as a missed biz oppty. makes up a new tech segment Experience Management/XM and proceeds to sell to SAP for $8 billion. Billion. all in this weird enclave of America called Utah populated by a cult called Mormons and yep he is. Then he bought the local NBA team and everything else he ever wanted and hired a bunch of guys I used to work with to come over and run the show so he could hang out with basketball players. The last guy he hired - one of the smartest execs I've ever worked with - like patents on the TCPIP stack smart - just made the jump over to run AI for them :o
